Enrollment Process:
To enroll your child in our facility you need to e-mail us the following information:
- Full name of both parents
- Home address and telephone numbers
- Child/children’s full name and date of birth
- Date you need your child to start
- Services you need
We can only tell parents about our availability if parents tell us exactly what they are looking for.
After receiving all the information needed, we will contact the parents as soon as possible to set up an interview.
We contact all parents that request for service information regardless of availability.
Interviews will only be conducted if there is an available spot. During interviews, parents will learn all about our program. We go over contracts, policies, procedures, and the daily routine to ensure that parents are comfortable with the program they are signing for.
After reaching an agreement, payment is made in advance and we do not offer refunds if services are not used as signed for.
We offer occasional drop ins 24/7 upon availability.
To book for drop ins you need to call during business hours (Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm). Bookings are only scheduled when payed for. We do not offer refunds if services are not used as booked.
First time drop ins are required to fill out the Emergency Contact Information form along with the Emergency Medical Treatment Consent form in case of an emergency. A parent’s government issued ID is also needed at the time of the drop in (your child’s safety is our number one priority at our facility).
